Revival Nations

Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 6, 2026

Who we are

Revival Nations is a church based in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, United States. You can reach us at info@revivalnations.org or +1 (401) 464-2932. This policy explains what personal information we collect through revivalnations.org, why we collect it and the choices you have.

What we collect

Contact and support forms: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), preferred language and the message or needs you describe. The Immigrant Support form never asks about immigration status.

Online giving: your name, email address, gift amount, frequency, designation and the language of the page you used. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; we never see or store your full card number.

Email preferences: whether you agreed to receive email from us, and the date of that choice.

Text messages: your mobile number, your preferred language, your text message consent (its date and the signed form or the keyword you texted us) and any opt-out request.

Technical data: our web server and hosting provider keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

To answer your message or support request.

To process your gift, send you a receipt and keep the donation records that a 501(c)(3) organization is required to keep.

To send you church news and invitations by email, only if you agreed to receive them.

To send you text messages, only if you gave us separate consent for them (see “Text messages (SMS)” below).

To keep the website secure and to detect abuse.

Who we share it with

Stripe, Inc. (payment processing), Twilio Inc. (text message delivery), Amazon Web Services, Inc. (email delivery) and the providers that host our website and email. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with other organizations for their marketing.

We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us written or online consent to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to send you Revival Nations messages: service reminders, ministry updates and giving campaigns, up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. After you opt out you will receive one confirmation and no further messages, unless you ask to rejoin by texting START or by signing a new consent form.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with our text message provider (Twilio), solely to deliver our messages.

SMS consent is not required for any donation, service or ministry. Program terms: revivalnations.org/sms

Your choices

Unsubscribe: every email we send includes a working unsubscribe link. You can also use our email preferences page or write to info@revivalnations.org. Unsubscribing is permanent until you opt in again.

Text messages: reply STOP (or ALTO) to any text to stop receiving texts. Email and text messages are separate: stopping one does not stop the other.

Access, correction or deletion: write to info@revivalnations.org and we will respond within 30 days. We keep donation records as long as tax law requires, even after a deletion request.

Cookies and tracking

Our website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The giving page redirects you to Stripe’s secure checkout, which uses the cookies it needs to process your payment.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

Our website uses HTTPS. Form submissions and donation records are stored on systems with restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
